Just like the golf courses in our area, the lawns of the DC Ranch community centers, common areas and parks will be overseeded during the last week of September.  Residents are asked to keep off all common area grass from September 29 - October 24th to allow it to grow properly. Three programmable electronic speed signs have been recently installed within DC Ranch by the Homeowners' Association.  Speeding on neighborhood streets was one of the main concerns that DC Ranch residents expressed in a recent survey.
