The Country Club at DC Ranch members participated in a survey in July of this year, and the results showed that the club outpaced the industry average in overall member satisfaction. An impressive 92% of members said they are more than satisfied with the club, compared to 83% of members at 103 other country clubs that were polled.

The confidential survey was conducted by the McMahon Group, a St. Louis, MO company who surveyed 103 private country clubs. McMahon is a private club consulting group with a client list of over 1600 that includes Wing Foot Golf Club, Denver Country Club, Medinah, Wichita Country Club and locals, Desert Highlands, Desert Mountain, Forest Highlands, Paradise Valley, Mirabel, Silverleaf and Troon.
Interestingly enough, while 92% of DC Ranch members expressed overall satisfaction with The Country Club, 49% of the responding members were very satisfied, which is 19 basis points above the industry average of 30%. And, 72% of the members agreed that the club offered good value for members, compared to 64% at the other clubs surveyed.
A whopping 98% of respondents were satisfied with the overall condition of the golf course.
With easy access to the amenities of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area, and a fantastic private country club in the center of it, DC Ranch is certainly a neighborhood to consider if you are buying a home in the Scottsdale area.
