It sounds like you need a little air-conditioned inspiration, and The Body Lab in Hayden Peak Crossing (at the corner of Thompson Peak and Hayden) may just be the inspiration you need to change-up your exercise routine.
DC Ranch is full of unique, out-of-the-ordinary exercise opportunities. Although it’s officially located in Grayhawk, The Body Lab is another example of the many amenities that are conveniently close to, or within, the DC Ranch community in Scottsdale.
According to the company’s website, the Body Lab’s “innovative workout [is] specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely”. To do this, The Body Lab combines strength training and cardio with traditional Pilates practices, a combination that sculpts, tones and strengthens your body in 50 minutes.
There are three types of classes to choose from:
- Signature Class – 50 minutes
- Cardio Blast – 50 minutes
- Body Lab Barre – 50 minutes
Private and semi-private sessions are also available with a trainer if you’d like to try out the equipment without the group setting. Class scheduling is done through the company’s online platform and classes fill up fast, especially if you’d like to work out early in the morning.
