New luxury apartments will be built in DC Ranch on the southwest corner of 91st Street and Legacy Blvd. The high-end residential rental community of Archstone in the north Scottsdale submarket is designed to enhance the established character of DC Ranch and cater to young professionals, families and retirees looking to downsize.
This 9.26 acre property will include a maximum of 220 residential units with a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans.
