New luxury apartments will be built in DC Ranch on the southwest corner of 91st Street and Legacy Blvd. The high-end residential rental community of Archstone in the north Scottsdale submarket is designed to enhance the established character of DC Ranch and cater to young professionals, families and retirees looking to downsize.

The design includes 2-story and 3-story buildings with a maximum height of 38 feet. Primary access to the apartments will be provided via Pima Road through the existing DC Ranch Crossings retail center with secondary access via 91st Street.
The developer is working with the Covenant Commission on the final design review. Construction is projected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2012.
