Camelot Homes expects to begin selling 15 new town homes in the existing Villas at Market Street neighborhood, starting around mid-October. Information on floor plans and the site plan are available, but pricing has not been set as of yet.
The community of DC Ranch has been working diligently over the past few months to prepare the site for Camelot Homes. The Villas at Market Street currently contain 66 units that were built between 2000 and 2001. The 15 new units will be situated east of the units that currently reside on 89th Way, through an extension of that road westward.
The units will all have south facing back patios, an ideal sun exposure, particular for secondary home buyers who want to enjoy their patios in the winter months.
The units will range from 2,062 to 2,625 square feet. One of the floor plan designs offers a guest house option. All units have 2-car garages and will be built in clusters of 3.
The community is located adjacent to Market Street, a retail, restaurant and services complex laid out like the main street of a small town. Community walking paths throughout DC Ranch connect residents to this shopping and dining destination.
DC Ranch is a master-planned community that offers 2 community centers, 2 private golf clubs (The Country Club at DC Ranch and Silverleaf Club), 33 miles of walking paths, and is located at the foot of the McDowell Mountains in North Scottsdale.
