On Wednesday, December 10 at 9:00 pm, DC Ranch transitions to a new security company. AlliedBarton is the community’s new service provider.
The DC Ranch Homeowners’ Association Board requested and considered proposals from four security vendors because the current provider’s contract was ending. After reviewing service levels, guard turnover and feedback from residents, the board made the decision to engage the services of AlliedBarton for DC Ranch.
AlliedBarton is a national security company headquartered near Philadelphia. It is the largest American-owned security company in the world employing over 33,000 people. The company has 3 offices in Arizona providing security services to several Fortune 200 companies.
The company has been working closely with the community’s security team to ensure a flawless transition without service disruption this week. Residents may see new AlliedBarton employees at the guard houses and patrolling the community, and several Trident employees are moving to AlliedBarton.
The DC Ranch Homeowners’ Association Board is excited about the change because they believe AlliedBarton will provide better service, more professionalism, higher staff retention and lower overall costs. In fact, cost savings are expected to be passed on to homeowners in “lower association dues for most neighborhoods next year.”
