Through a program called The Farm Box, residents of DC Ranch and the surrounding area can place a weekly custom online order for fresh produce and other food items from Sunizona Family Farms and have it delivered to the Homestead Community Center.

Sunizona Family Farms is the innovative family owned and operated company that manages The Farmbox program. This Arizona-based enterprise uses no animal based products in their growing process.
The family’s farm has on-site composting and a boiler system fueled by pecan shells that they get locally. Quite an environmentally-friendly operation!
The Farmbox is a new program for Sunizona. Sunizona gives you the opportunity to by-pass the grocery store and get the freshest produce possible:
- Place your order on-line and pay with debit or credit card
- Sunizona delivers your order to The Homestead Community Center at DC Ranch
- Pick-up your order at The Homestead Community Center at DC Ranch on Tuesdays between 12:30 and 5:00pm
As a customer you can sign-up to receive a standard delivery every week, a custom weekly order, or just order when you want something special. Sunizona’s custom order options include fruits, vegetables, fresh bread, skin care products and a host of other natural whole goods.
The company provides more than 50 fruit, vegetable and herb products. The technology in their farming area allows Sunizona to offer a wide variety of fresh produce year-round. The produce available depends on the time of year and the harvest.
Again, order pick-up for DC Ranch is every Tuesday, between 12:30 and 5:00 p.m. at The Homestead Community Center.
