Family-friendly movie: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
1. On Saturday, June 7th, there will be a Dive in Movie Night at the pool. Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs will be the featured presentation. It’s fun for the whole family to join in. Children under 8 need to be accompanied by an adult over 18.
The event starts at 5:30pm and there will be a $20 charge for a bar-be-que buffet style dinner, the movie will start at sun down. Wear your swimming suit and bring a raft or inner tube to hang out in the pool and enjoy the movie.
2. On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, in the Mixed Grille, The Club will be hosting a Father’s Day Brunch from 9am to 3pm. The whole family is welcome to come out and celebrate the man of the house with a delicious á la carte brunch with plated specials.
3. Meeting on Wednesday, June 18th at 6pm is the Ladies’ Book Club. They’ll be discussing “The Garden of Beasts” by Erik Larsen, which is a nonfiction novel about an American family living in Hitler’s Nazi Germany.
4. Come out and celebrate America’s Independence Day on the 4th of July at the Country Club Pool. There will be a BBQ and dive in movie available at 5:00 pm for $20, but the regular menu is available all day.
