The Matheson Team is happy to announce that Don Matheson, founder of The Matheson Team at RE/MAX Fine Properties, has been elected to the Ranch Association Board of Directors in DC Ranch. The Board collaborates to make management decisions regarding the DC Ranch community.
As a new member, Don would like to:
- Work towards the broader engagement of the DC Ranch HOA, Community Council and Covenant Commission
- Involve DC Ranch residents, realtors, HOA landscapers and members of the DC Ranch and Silverleaf Country Club crews in a cooperative neighborhood watch initiative
- Focus on the improvement of the Realtor training program, an initiative which he hopes will increase the value of DC Ranch real estate
