If you’re looking to purchase a brand new lock-and-leave type of home in the community of DC Ranch, literally steps from Market Street, you will want to check out the luxury townhomes that will be for sale shortly by Camelot Homes in the popular Market Street Villas gated neighborhood.
According to Andy Andrews, Executive Director of the DC Ranch Association, the original developer of DC Ranch, DMB, is overseeing the preparation of the parcel on which the townhomes will be located. DMB is on track to turn the parcel over to Camelot Homes on November 28, 2014 to start construction.
In fact, if you’re driving on Pima Road just south of Market Street near the corner of Sierra Pinta and Pima (the back side of the development), you will see trucks moving dirt, and drainage and grading work well underway.
The Market Street Villas expansion will have homes of the same style and similar floor plan as the current villas. Regular access will be from the southwest end of Desert Camp Drive at Flathorn Drive through a monitored, gated-entry. The road at 89th Way will be expanded towards the west to access the new homes.
The triplexes will range from approximately 1,900 square feet to 2,600 square feet with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom floor plans as well as 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom floor plans.
All units have 2-car garages, brick paver driveways and meticulous construction. Some units will have guest casitas as well.
There is no official information on pricing yet, but rumor has it that starting base prices will be somewhere in the $700,000’s.
The neighborhood is less than 1 mile from The Country Club at DC Ranch, less than 2 miles to Silverleaf Club and Grayhawk Golf Club.
