The Country Club at DC Ranch began a $4M renovation project in May, 2014 to improve greenside bunkers, expand and renovate the clubhouse and expand the tennis facilities. The clubhouse renovation is nearing completion, and the official unveiling will be November 7th during the season “kick-off” party.

Things are coming together quickly. The majority of the upholstered booths have been completed. The bar, the largest stand-alone structure in the new space, is faced, up-lighted, and (most importantly) the bar taps have been installed.
The floors are in and the hardwood is finished. Furniture, new artwork and accessories are ready to be placed.
In a conversation last week with the Club’s General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Paul Skelton, we learned that the clubhouse renovations are on schedule, except for the flooring in both the mens’ and ladies’ locker rooms, which may not meet the deadline.
The greenside bunker renovation was completed in June. The tennis facility renovation is behind schedule because of permits required from the city that have now been secured.
