Cypress Development Group, a Scottsdale-based company, is moving forward with the next and final phase of the Sterling at Silverleaf project in Silverleaf at DC Ranch. In addition to the 28 villas constructed since 2009, sales will get underway in November for the 5 building, 185-unit luxury condominium homes. Prices will start at $1.2 million.

Cypress’ CEO, Nathan Day and President, Tanner Luster visited luxury condo projects in major cities to check out the latest designs and amenities before finalizing plans. The property will include robotic valets for cars, private elevators and mountain and city views. The 7,000 square foot lounge will have a private dining room, a kitchen for demonstrations and premium entertainment areas for residents and their guests.
The condos will range in size from 1,600 – 3,400 square feet, and the first residents are anticipated to be able to move in around early 2016. Each unit will have a built in smart home system, where lighting, electronics and security can be controlled from an iPad.
The kitchens are sure to be both a designer showcase and a chef’s dream with calcutta marble counters and professional grade appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero. The plan includes 11′ ceilings and flooring of stone and wood throughout.
