Overall for the year, through the end of October, DC Ranch has had 143 home and townhome sales, a pace of 14.3 per month. This represents over $223 million in sales.
The highest sales price this year was $8.25 million for a home in the Upper Canyon in Silverleaf, which sold in September.
On average for the year, the days on market for sold homes in all villages of DC Ranch has been 132, and the list price to sales price ratio for all sales is also 96%.
There was also one lot sale in October, in Silverleaf, at $1.5 million. This was for a 1.13 acre homesite in Horseshoe Canyon.
