The Villas at DC Ranch by Camelot Homes have finally opened for presales. This means that they are allowing buyers to put a “hold” on their chosen lot, pending the completion of the community’s Public Report, at which time they will begin writing sales contracts.
Presales began last Saturday with 6 of the community’s 15 lots available for reservation – lots 79, 80, 81, 82, 83 and 84 (2 units each of the three available floor plans.)
The community is located in the existing gated neighborhood of The Villas at Market Street, located in DC Ranch at Desert Camp Drive and Flathorn Dr., adjacent to Market Street.
All three available floorplans offer a great room layout and a 2-car garage. They range from approximately 2,062 to 2,600 square feet. Pricing starts at $785,900.
- The Villa One floor plan is a 2,062 sq. ft., great room floorplan with 2 bedrooms + den (or 3 bedroom option) and 2 bathrooms. This is an end unit.
- The Villa Four floor plan is a 2,613 sq. ft., great room floorplan with 2 bedrooms + den (or 3 bedroom option) and 2.5-3 bathrooms. (If you choose the 3 bedroom option, you automatically choose the 3rd bathroom option.) This is also an end unit.
- The Villa Five floor plan also offers a great room floor plan with 2 bedrooms + den and 2 bathrooms. There are options for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house, and an option for an attached casita (guest house), with an addition bathroom. You can also choose a dual master bedrooms option with this floor plan, or a den in lieu of the 3rd bedroom in the main house. This floor plan is 2,213 square feet, but certain options add up to 262 additional square feet.
Some of the features and finishes that will be considered “standard” in the new Villas include: 8′ front entry doors with rustic hardware, two tone interior paint, 2cm granite slab kitchen countertops and edges, spacious islands with pull up seating,and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including a 36″ gas cooktop. As is typical with any new construction community, you can choose to upgrade just about all of the finishes.
The new Villas will be within walking distance of the Desert Camp Community Center, and of course, Market Street, which is one of three retail areas in DC Ranch offering everyday amenities, fine and casual dining and boutique shopping.
