The total sold volume for 2016 was $147,237,019 and on average for the year, the number of days on market (DOM) was 248 with a range from 1 to 1,089. Sales prices ranged from $1,200,000 to $11,110,000, and price per square foot ranged from $309.62 to $923.89.
Notably the highest priced home in Silverleaf listed for $11,495,000 and was located in the prestigious Upper Canyon and included two homesites. The estate was on the market for 90 days, sold for $11,110,000 in October of 2016 at $895.74 per square foot.
