The Easter Bunny with The Matheson Team Leader, Don Matheson
One of the biggest community activities of the year here in DC Ranch is the Easter Eggstravaganza. This is an annual spring event with a new creative theme each year.
Every year has a different cast of characters; one year Candyland was featured while another Beauty, the Beast and friends entertained us. This year, it’s Alice in Wonderland. Join the White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, Tweedledee and Tweedledum and all the other magical characters for an Easter event to remember.
It all happens the day before Easter, Saturday April 19 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Join DC Ranch residents and friends in the enchanted world of Wonderland aka the Desert Camp Community Center. Children under 8 can participate in the egg hunt and receive a candy prize.
In addition to the egg hunt, there is live music a dj, games, and crafts for tons of family fun.
And the best part about entering Wonderland is Mad Hatter’s tea party brunch! Tea sandwiches, dessert, quiche and more will be served. Wear your finest tea attire and hats to ring in Easter.
Parking is available at the Homestead Community Center in DC Ranch. Complimentary shuttles will bring guests back and forth throughout the event. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children 12 years and under. Limit 10 tickets per family.
Be quick, you must reserve your spot by Wednesday April 16 by 5:00 pm. Pick up tickets at Homestead or will call at the event. For more information, call 480.342.7178.
