Every Thursday and Saturday evening throughout the summer, the Desert Botanical Garden is offering a special Garden Flashlight Tour. Bring your own flashlight or you can purchase them in the Garden Shop until 9:00 pm.
Explore the Desert Botanical Garden with your flashlight
The experience is meant to further engage all of your senses. With only a flashlight available you’ll have to rely on listening to the desert night sounds and smelling the fresh air to truly experience all that the tour has to offer.
Explore at your own pace and check out the many Discovery Stations to learn more about Sonoran Desert wildlife and plants.
The Agave Station, Saguaro Station, Mesquite Station, Palo Verde Station, Night Bloomers Station (May and June), Insect Station, Tarantula and Scorpion Station, Gecko/Lizard Station, Snake Station, Desert Tortoise Station, Frog/Toad Station, Night Birds/ Bats Station, and Naked Eye Station are all open for your discovery.
The summer flashlight tours are being offered until August 30th so don’t miss out! Admission is included with membership to the Desert Botanical Gardens. Non-members pay the regular admission fee.
