Residents are asked to keep off all common area grass from September 29 - October 24th to allow it to grow properly. The Country Club at DC Ranch: Updated overseeding and reopening schedule
Most Arizona golf courses close for 2-3 weeks between September and October every year for "overseeding." Traffic safety awareness: DC Ranch installs 3 electronic speed monitoring signs
Three programmable electronic speed signs have been recently installed within DC Ranch by the Homeowners' Association. Speeding on neighborhood streets was one of the main concerns that DC Ranch residents expressed in a recent survey.
