2 cups oatmeal
2 ripe mashed bananas
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut shreds
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Combine, roll into balls, roll in additional coconut shreds and freeze. Pop them in your mouth directly from the freezer for a frozen treat or wrap them in plastic to enjoy on the trail.
