This park has something for everyone. From large and open turf areas to basketball courts, a tennis court and reservable baseball field, this park is one of the biggest in the area. You and your favorite kids can spend time on the playground, relaxing under the shade ramadas, or having a great lunch at one of the park’s picnic areas. Sonoran Hills Park also features a five-station exercise course so you can get in a quick mini-workout while the little ones play.

This park may be on the small size for North Scottsdale, checking in at 4 acres, but there’s a ton of fun packed between its borders. Ironwood Park is well-known for its super-fun and well-equipped playground, picnic area, drop-in ramada, basketball court and tennis court, and there’s still plenty of open space for the kids to burn of some extra energy by playing tag, sharks and minnows, or Red Rover.

This 19-acre park offers a playground, picnic areas, drop-in ramada, basketball court, two tennis courts and two sand volleyball courts, as well.
These parks are all open from sunrise to 10:30 p.m. The courts and baseball fields are lighted, so your fun doesn’t have to stop when the sun goes down. So pack a picnic lunch, grab the kids, and make a day of it!
