Fall is just about here, and with it comes one of the most anticipated seasonal flavors: pumpkin! Whether you enjoy pumpkin beer, coffee, snacks, or desserts, Scottsdale businesses have the flavor you want this fall. Check out where to go when you get a craving for pumpkin everything in the Scottsdale area.
1.Lox, Stock & Bagel – Pumpkin bagels
Located in Paseo Village at the corner of Hayden Road and McCormick Parkway – about 15 minutes from DC Ranch – Lox, Stock & Bagel offers 28 flavors of bagels made from scratch right here in Scottsdale. And every fall, pumpkin bagels are added to the menu! So head to this locally owned eatery to pair a pumpkin bagel with a gourmet coffee for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.
2.Four Peaks Brewing Company – Pumpkin beer
Most of the year, Four Peaks is known for its 8 main beers, such as Kiltlifter Scottish-Style Ale or its Oatmeal Stout. But in the fall, this Arizona brewery is known for its Pumpkin Porter! And the best part is that the Scottsdale location is a mere 5 minutes from DC Ranch, as it’s located at the corner of Hayden Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
3.SOL Mexican Cocina – Pumpkin spice margarita
If you’re looking for another seasonal adult beverage to try this fall, you’ll find it at SOL Mexican Cocina in the Scottsdale Quarter, less than 15 minutes from DC Ranch. Every fall, this restaurant serves up the delectable Pumpkin Spice Margarita, which features a tasty mixture of pumpkin, Corralejo Blanco tequila, pumpkin pie spice, agave nectar, and lime. Give it a try the next time you go out for dinner in Scottsdale, but don’t wait too long, because this is a limited-time drink!
4.Sweet Republic – Pumpkin ice cream
If you like having more than a dozen flavors of handcrafted ice cream to choose from, Sweet Republic on Shea Boulevard and 92nd Street is the place to be. And like so many Scottsdale eateries this fall, there’s a seasonal specialty – pumpkin spice ice cream. It’s a short drive – 15 minutes – from DC Ranch, so be sure to check it out this month while the weather is still perfect for ice cream!
5.The Mission – Pumpkin bread pudding
If you’ve never tried pumpkin bread pudding for dessert, fall is the perfect season to change that. The Mission is located near Brown Avenue and East Indian School Road, about 25 minutes south of DC Ranch. This dessert is made from a mix of roasted pumpkin seeds, scotch, and pomegranate, and it’s known for being the dessert you can’t miss out on before you leave The Mission.
6.Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Pumpkin spice coffee
You can’t let fall pass you by without grabbing a pumpkin spice coffee at least once. And when you head to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at the Promenade at Scottsdale – a short 15-minute drive from DC Ranch – you can order your pumpkin coffee hot or iced. You can also buy a bag of beans so you can make pumpkin spice coffee at home any time!
