This exclusive area is small and serene, with just 19 homes contained within its gates. The floor plans
The Village at Silverleaf offers two types of homes: villas and cottages. You can choose from a limited number of floor plans, depending on your family’s needs. The Cottage option has 2,733 square feet and two floors, though you can also add a basement for more than 1,000 additional square feet.
The Villa has two floor plans to choose from. One has 4,098 square feet and two floors. You can add a basement if you want to get an additional 1,800+ square feet on your Scottsdale home. The second Villa floor plan has 4,376 square feet over two floors, and you can add a basement for over 1,695 additional square feet.
The features
No matter which floor plan you choose, you can expect any home in The Village at Silverleaf to boast several luxury features. These include Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, solid wood cabinets, reclaimed wood beams, and decorative stone and ironwork throughout the house. All of the homes in this neighborhood also feature two master suites, private courtyards, and stunning views of the McDowell Mountains.
But you don’t even have to see inside these homes to see why they stand out. Their exteriors seamlessly blend Mediterranean architecture with the Southwest style for which Scottsdale is known. The architect and builder behind the homes
The architect who designed the villas and cottages in this Scottsdale neighborhood is Don Ziebell. He founded Oz Architects Inc. and has designed several residences in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley over the years. In fact, he is no stranger to the Silverleaf community and has worked on several custom homes in this neighborhood, as well as The Stone House at Silverleaf.
The builder of the houses in The Village at Silverleaf is Cullum Homes. This luxury home builder has been constructing houses in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the Camelback Mountain area for decades.
