It’s an annual event of muscle cars, hot rods, customs, and trucks. Goodguys Rod & Custom Association’s 6th Spring Nationals Tour hits the streets in Scottsdale next week-end. There was a record turnout of over 3,000 hot rods and customs last year, and you can expect this and more for 2015.

If you are going to show and shine, you’ll need to register soon! Then sit back and enjoy the oohs and aahs as thousands of spectators look. Don’t worry, they know not to touch.

If you are in the middle of a restoration and having a hard time finding a part, head into the swap meet and you just might find it, and cheap too! There are tires and wheels, frames, fenders, automotive parts, memorabilia and more.
Sunday is reserved for late model American made or powered vehicles.
While the show will be held at WestWorld, just minutes from DC Ranch, be prepared to head out for a spin when the Phoenix Chapter of the Over the Hill Gang Club leads a hotrod caravan to check out the local hot rod shops. You will be able to log some miles in spectacular bright blue skies and warm temperatures.
Admission is $20 for adults; $6 for children older than 6, and includes the model car show, entertainment, 4 Sale Corral, vendor exhibits and the swap meet. The show runs March 13th-16th and you can download a schedule of events.
Put on your sunglasses and sunscreen and bring the whole family out for a weekend of hot roddin’ fun.
