It’s going to be over 110 degrees this Father’s Day, which means that if you’re going to celebrate the special fathers in your life, you should probably stick to indoor options. Luckily, there are lots of ways to observe Father’s Day in Scottsdale. Here are some of your options in this city.
Father’s Day brunch
If you’re looking for a traditional way to celebrate Father’s Day, brunch right here in DC Ranch at Market Street Kitchen is a start. On Sunday, the regular brunch menu will be available, and it includes everything from Brioche French Toast and MSK Omelette to Steak and Eggs and the MSK Burger. Plus, there will be bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas as usual, and the chef will be offering some fun menu option just for the day.
Another way to celebrate Father’s Day in Scottsdale is at Bink’s Kitchen + Bar. On Sunday, this restaurant will have an all-you-can-eat BBQ brunch for $35 per person, as well as $2 beers for fathers.
The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa is also featuring a great brunch at one of its eateries, Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Café. When you arrive here on Sunday, you can look forward to the Father’s Day Beer Brunch, which will include crab legs, oysters, and lots of foods that feature beer as an ingredient. Plus, there will be mimosas, champagne, and of course craft beers.
Dinner in Scottsdale
Drexyl Modern American is offering a deal on Father’s Day from 11 am to 6 pm that lets diners get 50 percent off an entrée when they buy another one at regular price. Some of the menu options include the pork chop, filet, and jade pesto halibut.
When you take a special dad to Fogo de Chão to eat on Father’s Day, he’ll get a card offering him a free lunch or dinner during his next visit to this Scottsdale restaurant.
Another fun Father’s Day dinner special in Scottsdale is at The Capital Grille. This eatery will be offering a Bone-In Tomahawk Ribeye to celebrate the special day. Regular menu options include a variety of burgers, steaks, and steak sandwiches.
Drinks with Dad
There are lots of ways for fathers to get free or discounted drinks on Father’s Day in Scottsdale. Just one example is Il Capo Pizzeria, which is offering a free glass of wine or beer with the purchase of an entrée on Father’s Day. And if you order the Boss pizza pie, you get 25 percent off your pizza.
At Tavern Americana, dads can get their first beer of the night for $1 when they arrive on Sunday. They can also get 50 percent off their entrée when you buy another entrée. Just one of the specials on Father’s Day is a 13 oz. prime rib with au jus, asparagus, and loaded baked potato for $26. Plus, there are plenty of craft beers on tap to choose from, most of which are from Arizona and the West Coast.
Black & Bleu American Grill is another Scottsdale restaurant that makes it easy and inexpensive for you to enjoy a drink with Dad on Father’s Day. Sunday’s special includes sliders, wings, beer, and an adult version of a root beer float, all for $16.99.
