1.Make your home look and feel warm
Just because it’s cooler outside doesn’t mean it has to be cold in your house. You might not normally turn on the heater during winter in Scottsdale, but you should consider doing it before an open house or prior to having anyone walk through the home. Make sure you seal up any leaks around doors and windows to avoid drafts.
You should also emphasize any cozy seating areas in your home. Add some nice throw pillows and blankets to a couch or lounge chair and put down a rug on any tile or hardwood floors in the living areas.
2.Bring in the light
Winter days are shorter, which means there’s less time to show off how much light your house gets. Since light and bright homes are usually more popular among home-buyers, you might need some help during the winter months. Try to add landscape lighting outside if you don’t already have it, since this will enable buyers to get a good look at your yard even when it’s dark.
3.Use the season to your advantage
